The essence of the notions “blended learning”, and “distance learning” their importance in higher education have been highlighted. history learning”(BL) origin is considered as well various approaches researchers regarding interpretation that definition are presented. To achieve goal research, such methods analysis, synthesis, study scientific literature, Internet sources on particularly pertinent problem BL implementation within modern conditions used.
 Based analysis pedagogical some tendencies system summarized. It has stated Bl, a groundbreaking technology, can’t appear its own unable to exist pure form but it must be flexible distance learning, added with direct interaction professor applicants during traditional learning that, turn, will predominantly allow intensifying educational process, building out increasing effectiveness self-study work. clarified common subjects process by combining three different ways learning: (DL), independent learning.
 DL supposed take into account changes taken place information structure society, which determines relevance development ICT. can means modernizing system, enriching quality adding extensive application ICT lifting new levels. Its strengths weaknesses subjected scrutiny, where latter weakened or eliminated through active usage advantages demanding education.

Secondly, not worth contradicting (online) (face-to-face, offline) drawing attention nowadays both forms being applied form.
